The hotel's location near the station was VERY convenient, which simplified my travel arrangements. The room was clean and the bathroom seemed modern. I found the size of the room adequate for my needs in the area.
I noticed during check-in that the process felt disorganized and a little rushed.

the location suited my plans well as it was directly across from the train station. the room had good facilities, and there was even a small bottle of milk in the fridge. this was a NICE touch.
some staff were rude and abrupt, a bad first impression. the air conditioning was not working, and I was told someone had previously flicked a switch. I think this should have been checked before I arrived.

location was quite good. it was close to paddington station, and this included the elizabeth line. breakfast was really amazing, and i would love it to have it again.
the tea kettle in my room was moldy. also, hot water took about ten minutes to come through. i was not fussed on the narrow stairs to the third floor either.

The hotel location is very close to paddington station. This made travel easy. i appreciated that the staff held my suitcase both before check-in and after checkout. it was a useful service.
this was particularly challenging with a large suitcase.
